As part of the KO Bullying program, a memorable talk at the Ines Maria Gasca girls’ shelter in Mexico City, together with the Bull & Bear Foundation for girls between 5 and 15 years of age and for some parents who attended.
It was given by KO Bullying Mexico Coordintor, Beka Romero, and as a guest, Champion Dante “Crazy” Jardón, who shared his life experience and offered a boxing clinic.
They discussed the importance of psychological intervention for parents and staff that is related to the development of children, topics such as physical and emotional symptoms in children who suffer bullying, strengthening self-esteem, the importance of family in psycho-emotional development.
The youngsters were presented with WBC gifts and a group photo was taken, with all attendants, girls, parents, and mothers who are in charge of the shelter. Thanks to Alma Castañeda, a member of the Bull & Bear Foundation, for the invitation, for joining us and stopping bullying.
