India on the boxing Map with WBC Youth world title

India will soon be hosting a WBC World Youth super featherweight title fight between a teen boxing star from Mizoram LALRINSANGA TLAU and ERIC QUARM the Ghanaian prospect.

This Event will be held March 6th, in R.DENGTHUAMA MULTIPURPOSE HALL, Aizawl,  in Mizoram state located in northeastern India, where boxing is very popular. Boxing show is organized by Lalsawmliana Pachuau  of LPS the local brodcater partner and Grassroot boxing Promotion & Management. It`s  the major boxing entity in the country. The event is supported by the sports minister of the state of Mizoram Robert Romawia. Minister said he is exited for the youth getting a international platform through the WBC.

WBC Youth Committee congratulated Kamal Mujtaba and Jose Mohan from Grassroot Boxing for the work put in on the ground, building boxing in the region and wished  good luck for the event.

It will be the the first time when WBC Youth title fight is taking place in this part of India and the second time in the history of whole India.
