
Almost two thousand gyms in Mexico City will resume their activities on Monday, after being closed for more than five months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The government of Mexico City reports that gyms will be allowed to open safely, but with strict security measures.
Among the measures, the following are particularly important:
There may not be more occupancy than 30 percent.
An appointment system will be implemented to control and ensure the flow of people.
It is forbidden share water bottles, towels or other objects.
The ventilation system can only operate with recirculation of a minimum of 30% to the outside.
