Right in the heart of Mexico City, the 36th Nelson Vargas Congress attracted and inspired popular and knowledgeable speakers of national and international level and status.
The most important topics addressed were: Achieve a dream, participation in the Olympic Games, motivation and confidence, intelligent communication, thermoregulation in sport, strength training as a basis for performance and of course…leadership.
This was an enriching experience for all the participants who cemented friendships throughout the sport and globally.
