Francisco Fonseca vows to surprise with a  “Mission Impossible”

World Boxing Council silver lightweight champion Ryan Garcia will defend his title against the experienced Nicaraguan Francisco Fonseca, on February 14 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, in a fight presented by Golden Boy Promotions.

Fonseca (25-2-2, 19 KO), 25, has proven to be a resilient, resourceful  fighter with a big heart. Francisco is doing a great preparation because he is aware that a victory over Ryan Garcia would take his career to a whole new stratosphere level.

“I know that many think it is impossible to beat Ryan my team and me are sure that we will surprise everyone on February 14th. I am grateful to God and my manager Rosendo Álvarez and Bufalo Boxing for making this great fight possible. We are going to get the win” Francisco said.

Meanwhile García (19-0, 16 KO), 21, from Victorville, California, comes from defeating the dangerous Filipino Romero Duno in a round, conquering the Silver WBC belt.
