Boxxer-promoted welterweight Florian Marku (11-0-1, 7 KO’s), has made a home for his boxing career in the UK, becoming a hot prospect to become world champion.
Marku will face the Mexican Miguel Parra Ramírez (21-2-1, 14 Ko’s) at the Air Albania Stadium in Tirana, Albania, with the interim WBC Silver welterweight title at stake, on August 25.
‘The Albanian King’, who is trained by Grant Smith in Sheffield and run by Adam Morallee’s SJAM Boxing, will be looking to fill the 20,000+ capacity football stadium in his home country.
Parra Ramírez has only boxed outside of Mexico once, in the US in May 2019, when he defeated David Morales at the Tucson, Arizona Convention Center.
