The WBC mourns the death of Lis Palle

We have received the very sad news of the death of Lis Palle, wife of Mogens Palle, an historic Danish manager and promoter.

Lis and Mogens were happily married for 55 years. She is survived by their daughter Bettina Palle.

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán Saldívar, send their deepest condolences to the family and friends, at this sad time.
