“Chocolatito” injured…will not fight in December

Four-time world champion Roman “Chocolatito” González will not fight on December 8 in Carson, California, due to an injury to his right knee that will prevent him from taking on  Mexican Pedro Guevara.

According to the information released by the “Chocolatito” Team, the injury occurred in the second week of November and even though he tried to continue training during the following days the pain persisted, limiting his mobility.

This would have been his second bout after being twice defeated by Srisaket Sor Rungvisai last year, and this injury wont allow him to fight the rest of this year.
