Browne is crowned WBC Silver Champion

Marcus Browne became the new Silver Light  Heavyweight Champion of the World Boxing Council, by defeating former champion Badou Jack, at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Despite the defeat, Badou Jack made a great effort since he fought half of the fight with an immense cut in the middle of his forehead de to an accidental clash of heads,  which made him lose a lot of blood.

Jack lost a lot of ground due to  the cut, and in the end, the undisputed winner was Browne with cards of 117-110, 116-111 and 119-108.
