This Saturday in the main event of a card held at the Espace Léo Ferré in Fontvieille, Monaco, in a duel of French prospects, Jeremy “Tidje” Bernardin (10-2), defeated Joe Callea (7-1) by unanimous decision ) to reclaim the vacant World Boxing Council Youth Intercontinental featherweight title.

Jeremy boxed at his best against Joe, who showed great heart throughout the fight.

Judges Christophe Fernandez and Juergen Langos saw the fight 78-74, while Stephane Nicolo 79-73.

The Referee was Robert Verwijs and the Supervisor was WBC Vice President Houcine Houichi.
