
Miguel “El Alacrán” Berchelt and Francisco ” Bandido” Vargas have already clashed in a war inside the ring, and now two years since that impressive battle, the Mexican warriors are ready to fight one more time.
Berchelt, who snatched from Vargas the super featherweight World Boxing Council title with a knockout victory in the 11th round in January 2017, will defend his belt for the the 5th time on Saturday, May 11 at the Tucson Arena, located inside the Convention Center of Tucson, Arizona.
Berchelt vs. Vargas 2 will be televised by ESPN and ESPN Deportes starting at 10 p.m. ET. Backup fights will be broadcast live starting at 6:30 p.m. ET for ESPN +.
In a Top Rank promotion, in partnership with Golden Boy Promotions, tickets for this world championship event at a price in dollars of $ 102, $ 77, $ 52 and $ 27 and will be on sale starting today, Tuesday, April 2 at any Ticketmaster point of sale, or online at www.Ticketmaster.com.
