Bautista wins WBC Silver crown

Guadalupe Bautista, proved her quality by defeating Nayeli Verde via unanimous decision, winning the vacant WBC  Silver Flyweight title, at the Valley Auditorium  Verde, in Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico.

Two of the three Judges scored it  100-90 , while the other card was 100-91, reflecting the dominance of the former world monarch.

Nayeli Verde started well, but little by little her output decreased,  as Guadalupe Bautista connected with many sinking blows to the body, as well as smarting  shots to the face.  Although Verde endured and was brave, she was defeated by a stronger  and more skilled fighter.

In other confrontations presented by the promoter S-B Boxing Promotions, Hythan Ramos won a unanimous decision in eight rounds defeating Fernando Curiel.

Also, Jessica Ponce and Miriam Anda, drew in four rounds in a minimum division match;  Erik Badillo obtained a unanimous decision in four rounds to beat Édgar “Torito” Mendoza,  and  Fernando Romero knocked out Daniel Castillo in three rounds in  a featherweight clash.
