Andy Ruiz promises Godzilla power against “King Kong” Ortiz

Andy Ruiz will return to the ring to face Cuban Luis ‘King Kong’ Ortiz at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles, California.

The fight will be promoted by Premier Boxing Champions, and will be Sunday, September 4, at the Cryptocom Arena, a venue that will host Ruiz for the first time.

Andy (34-2-0, 22 Ko`s), 32, has not fought since May 1, 2021, when he defeated Chris Arreola by unanimous decision.

His rival, Luis “King Kong” Ortiz, 43, has a record of 33 wins with 28 knockouts, and two losses, both coming out KO.

Luis` most recent fight was on January 1st of this year, winning by knockout against Charles Martin in Hollywood.
This fight will be eliminatory endorsed by the World Boxing Council.
