A day like today, Mike Tyson defeated Frank Bruno

February 25^th, 1989.- Mike Tyson defended his heavyweight crown, defeating Briitain’s Frank Bruno, with a fifth round TKO, at the Hilton Center in Las Vegas.  The Referee was Richard Steele. He stopped the bout at two minutes and 55 seconds of the mentiponed round. The Judges were Jerry Roth, Omar Mintun and Rodolfo Maldonado.  WBC supervisor was Jim Nave.
