Over the last month, the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association’s email accounts have seen repeated fishing and spoofing attacks via VADA’s webhost. For those who follow VADA, if you receive emails requesting donations or loans or anything out of the ordinary, please know these messages are not genuine. Discard them and remain vigilant.
We are conducting a rigorous investigation into these online attacks and will be taking all appropriate measures to stop them and avoid their reoccurrence. We apologize for any inconvenience they may have caused.
Rest assured, all personal and private data of athletes (including information used for testing purposes) has not been affected. This information is stored elsewhere, remains secure, and has never been breached.
