Former world champion Carlos "Príncipe" Cuadras is in California, where he will be training for his fight against Puerto Rican McWilliams Arroyo; this clash will take place on February 24 at the Inglewood Forum.

Cuadras Quiroa, who has a record of 36 wins with 27 KO´s, two losses and a draw, is based now in Big Bear, California, under the led of Abel Sanchez, also trainer of WBC middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin

Cuadras knows that having Sanchez on his corner does not guarantee him the victory, but he is sure Abel can take his career to another level, helping him exploiting his skills.

"Prince" Cuadras stated that his priority this year is to recover the 115 pounds title and the first step to do it is defeating Arrollo.

Carlos will be part of the "Superfly 2" card, starred by WBC super flyweight champion,

Srisaket Sor Rungvisai of Thailand, defending his belt versus Mexican Juan Francisco Estrada.
