This Friday, the Panamanian boxer classified #11 in the WBC ratings, Gilberto "Cacique" Pedroza (18-3-2 / 8KOs, 25 years old and native of the province of Darien of Panama) arrived to Tokyo, Japan, for his World Boxing Council light flyweight -World Championship fight against the unbeaten champ Ken Shiro (11-0 / 5KOs, 25-year-old and BMB Boxing Gym from Uji City of Kyoto Province) next December 30 at Bunka Gymnasium in Yokohama city of Kanagawa, a province near Tokyo.
Gilberto Pedroza arrived in Japan accompanied by his coaches Julio César Archibaldo and Marcos Martínez.
Despite his long trip from Panama, Pedroza is optimistic and full of confidence.
"My physical condition is excellent thanks to my great training camp for this great opportunity, I am happy and motivated, Ken Shiro is a defensive fighter and I am an aggressive fighter. I will take his green and gold belt"commented Gilberto.
