July is shaping up to be a spellbound select fight bonanza, with and handful of  mighty interesting bouts.  Here is our lineup:
 
 
July 7  Jose Ramirez vs. Danny O'Connor / California

 
José Ramirez is ready and prepared to make the first defense of his WBC super lightweight crown, that he won on March 17 by unanimous decision against Amir Imam.
 
Ramirez who is considered one of the best fighters of  the moment will not only put his crown on the line but also his quality and undefeated  record against the dangerous Danny O'Connor who will have his first opportunity to fight for a world title. In  his last fight O'Connor recovered from a knock down in  the seventh round to defeat Steve Claggett  by UD, retaining the WBC Silver International super-light belt.
 
 
 
July 14  Regis Prograis vs. Juan Velasco / New Orleans

 
The Lakefront Arena is poised to greet Regis Prograis, the interim champion in the super lightweight division, who will clash with Juan Velasco, an Argentine who presents himself as a capable and dangerous opponent.  
 
This fight is generating great interest, especially as Regis has never fought at home until now. However, Juan has stated that this is the opportunity he really needs to demonstrate his full potential and therefore he will do everything within his power,  to finish the fight before the final bell.
 
 
 
July 21 / Oleksander Usyk vs. Murat Gassiev / Russia

 
The magnificent Moscow Olympic Stadium sports complex will host the grand finale of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) tournament, between the Ukrainian  WBC champion in the cruiserweight division Oleksandr Usyk and the Russian Murat Gassiev.
 
A 50/50 clash as both fighters have won in a convincing way during this tournament. Each have a perfect undefeated record, Usyk has a pro record of 14-0, 11 KO, while Gassiev 26-0, 19 KO. The winner of the tournament will be not only the undisputed cruiserweight champion, but also will also be awarded the Muhammad Ali Trophy and the WBC "Diamond" commemorative belt.
 
 
 
July 21 / Cecilia Breakhus vs. Inna Sagaydakovskaya / Russia

 
Cecilia Braekhus is ready for her next challenge, this time against Inna Sagaydakovskaya, considered a powerful rival who will seek to make history by trying her utmost to defeat  the best pound for pound female fighter of them all.
 
The Norwegian fighter, who was born in Colombia, faces a serious test from the undefeated Russian, as Inna has shown great determination; However, Cecilia is not called the supreme best...for nothing!
 
 
July 28 / Mikey Garcia vs. Robert Easter Jr. / California

 
The Staples Center in Los Angeles, California will host the unification title match between Mikey Garcia and Robert Easter Jr. two undefeated fighters who currently and respectively hold  the WBC and IBF lightweight titles.
 
Both  have already vowed that this won`t last the full twelve rounds.
