In the twelfth year of Mexico's Drug War, it's courageous Police Forces unflinchingly daily face danger in the name of the Mexican people.

The Great and visionary WBC Lifetime President Jose Sulaiman created a special boxing tournament to display their tremendous courage and tenacity.


In  the presence of the General Commissioner of the Federal Police, Master Manelich Castillo Cravioto, the former WBC world champions, Humberto Gonzalez, Lupe Pintor, Pipino Cuevas, Isaac Bustos and Ruben Olivares took place the final of the fourth tournament of Security Institutions " José Sulaimán Chagnón "  was held in the facilities of the Command Center of the Federal Police of Mexico City,  Tuesday to Friday.
Four days of great activity where attendees enjoyed 66 exciting fights in nine men's and three women's categories.
Master Manelich was in charge of offering the closing words, thanking in the first instance the world champions of the World Boxing Council, who are an example of life and a pride for Mexico.
He expressed the satisfaction of seeing so many elements from different agencies participating in this sporting event where the memory of the great Don José Sulaimán is honored. He recognized the efforts of all those who make this event possible because the support of all of them make this event a success.

 He also said the Mexican Public not only has confidence in the Federal Police, but all of the Police saying: "They are your Police."

Winners were presented with a special and ornate WBC green and gold belt. While runners up proudly wore a medal with a green sash.

A huge ovation for three year old Damian Adrian Tolentino Perez, who's bravely battling chronic illness. Accompanied by his Mum Isabel, he was presented with his very own WBC belt for magnificent fighting spirit.

Also a superb two rounds exhibition bout between twelve year old Fany Martinez and twenty year old Mabet Santiago.


That is how at 13:35 hours this great event was closed.
